AI AGENT SETUP FOR SMEs
We set up AI agents to capture enquiries, draft quotes and organise tasks. Your team reviews, approves and keeps the work moving through a clear workflow.
Setup from RM2,500. Software and usage costs are confirmed in your proposal.
YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR WAY OF WORKING.TRY THE OUTPUT
Change the quantity, generate a sample quote and approve it as a staff member. Watch the lead record, quote total and team task update as you go.
This sample calculates and updates records in your browser using fictional data. It does not run an AI model, send messages or connect to live systems.

These are examples of workflows we can scope. Actual steps depend on your processes, available system access and approval requirements.
BEYOND ANSWERING MESSAGES
The practical difference is what happens after your customer asks a question.
Answers questions and guides conversations using the information it has been given.
Staff continue the booking process manually.
Interprets the request, uses systems it is authorised to access and carries out steps within the agreed scope.
Actions can be tracked. Staff can take over.
Some chatbots also have integrations and agent capabilities. We assess what the system can do, its permissions and how work gets completed. The label alone does not define its capabilities.
PACKAGES & PRICING
Each package has defined deliverables. Team size helps identify a starting point; processes and integrations determine the final scope.
One-time setup + monthly care. Software subscriptions, AI usage, hosting and paid messaging fees are charged separately. We provide cost estimates and confirm the scope before work begins.
One workflow is a flow with a defined trigger and outcome. For example: enquiry received → details collected → lead saved → salesperson notified. Refunds and monthly reports are separate workflows.
One system connection is an integration with one application or platform, using agreed permissions and functions. Integration complexity is assessed before quoting.
Agent counts refer to the functions being built, not staff replacements. Large application builds and ERP replacements are scoped separately.
| Monthly support | Micro | Small Business | Growth | Scale |

Support is available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Malaysia time, excluding public holidays. Initial response means starting an assessment, not guaranteed resolution. Minor changes cover existing FAQs, templates and rules; unused hours do not roll over. New workflows are quoted separately.

IF YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS MORE
Confirm the scope first so costs are clear.
CLEAR BEFORE WE START
Already using business software? Tell us its name and what your team does with it when we talk.
Review one business workflow ↗We can assess workflows in retail, e-commerce, food, catering, workshops, field services, salons, agencies, training, wholesale, logistics and production. Agent selection depends on recurring processes, data and available integrations. If your industry is not listed, share one process you would like to improve.
The scope can cover sales, admin, operations, content and reporting. Agents can work from forms, schedules or record changes. WhatsApp is one channel we can assess, rather than the whole service.
The agent runs the steps built for it, within agreed permissions and limits. We define automatic steps, staff approvals and how to take over when information is incomplete or a system fails. Actual capability depends on available integrations and data.
We first assess integration access, required functions and provider fees. Systems without suitable access may need another approach or additional scope. We cannot promise to connect every application.
A contact person, your current process, FAQs or SOPs, approved catalogues and prices, and suitable sample records for testing. System access is arranged through an agreed method. Do not send passwords in an enquiry chat.
Setup and care fees are shown separately. Software subscriptions, AI, hosting and messaging are separate usage costs. We provide estimates and usage limits before starting. WhatsApp automation uses available official integrations and is subject to provider terms.
Monthly care begins at launch. Setup payments are 50% to start, 30% after a working demo and 20% after acceptance and handover. Specific timing and terms are set out in the quote.
A content agent can assist with drafts and planning within its workflow. Video production, posting, page management, ad management and ad spend are scoped separately. AI video packages starting at RM360 per month can be discussed as an add-on.
We start with a requirements review and a proposed pilot. The displayed Scale price is a starting price for the stated scope. High usage, multiple branches or custom development require a separate quote.
